We're hiring Join PORAVER North America Inc. at our Innisfil, Ontario plant as
Plant Engineering Technician & Technical Manager
and help drive the growth and performance of our production operations.
What you'll do
- Improve production efficiency by upgrading existing equipment
- Lead the planning and installation of our new Line 3 to increase capacity
- Assess material and equipment needs and manage procurement
- Handle planning, detailing, budgeting, and vendor coordination
- Work closely with suppliers and engineering teams on maintenance and project tasks
- Oversee spare parts inventory and supplier communication
- Develop manufacturing process improvements and optimized raw material usage
- Create process flow diagrams and contribute to productivity enhancements
- Take on additional responsibilities as required
What you bring
- B.Sc. in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in plant engineering or design
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- A strong work ethic and collaborative attitude
