Pet Groomer ( Certified or Working Apprentice)

A groomer's daily duties include:

  • Bathing and clipping dogs and cat to conform to a variety of breed-specific standard styles
  • Detangling and removing matted hair
  • Drying the coat
  • Checking for parasites and other skin conditions
  • Trimming nails
  • Cleaning the ears
  • Expressing anal sacs
  • Brushing teeth
  • Adding bows and nail polish for long or curly haired breeds such as poodles and shi tzus

The groomer is also responsible for accommodating any special requests from the owner and informing owners of any health problems discovered during the grooming process

· Sales and working with a POS system and grooming software

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Organize and Control stock assist in allowing the operations to run smoothly and provide assistance to our customers.

Qualifications

· 3 to 5 or more years experience in grooming dog and cats

● It is essential that you have a real interest in working with animals. Must have general knowledge in proper care of animals.

● Flexibility Willing to work morning. Operational hours 10:00-6:00PM

● Wiling to follow & cooperate with safety rules, company policies & guidelines

● Willing to work & communicate with owners & Team
