We're looking for a
Graphic Designer
to create compelling visual content for the Knix brand. As a key member of the Creative team, you'll produce assets that support all marketing channels — including email, social, digital advertising, and in-store collateral — with a strong focus on retail and wholesale. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the visual voice of our retail experience and bring the Knix brand to life in-store.
About You

- You're a strong conceptual thinker, skilled in translating ideas into impactful visual storytelling
- You have excellent communication and prioritization skills, enabling you to support stakeholders across the organization effectively
- You value collaboration and feedback, using it to grow and refine your craft
The Opportunity
- Design and produce assets for all Knix core marketing channels with an increased focus on retail, including supporting digital and traditional advertising, ad hoc and in-store signage, etc
- Design pop-ups from a 360° approach, including major wholesale activations and exciting new store locations
- Support final production reformatting, resizing, and preparing files for print
- Collaborate with the Creative Department (Copywriters, Art Directors, other Designers) to develop concepts for marketing materials that align with the Knix brand and campaigns
- Design product labels, hangtags, and packaging assets based on industry standards and best practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Digital Advertising, Product Design, Social Media) to gather insights into initiatives, products, and customer preferences while staying attuned to trends influencing the intimates and apparel categories
- Translate overarching themes and ideas into compelling assets that resonate with Knix customers
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to align with the brand's campaign and launch calenda
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in Graphic Design in a marketing or advertising context
- Strong experience in marketing production, print production, or in-store signage
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Additional experience with art direction, conceptual thinking, photo retouching, extensive print production and packaging design, UX/UI, or motion animation is a strong asset
- Knowledge of simple animation/motion techniques is also a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bring abstract ideas to life
- Highly collaborative with a strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to multitask and meet deliverables within a fast-paced environment
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field
