Our team isn't behind a desk or stuck in a call center—we're directly connecting with customers, offering personalized solutions, and representing our clients with professionalism and integrity. As a Rogers Sales Associate, you'll be the face of the brand—creating memorable experiences and playing a direct role in helping our clients grow.

Rogers Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Interact directly with potential customers in retail or event environments to identify needs and offer personalized telecom solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional service while managing new and existing client accounts.
  • Educate customers on current promotions, products, and services to drive enrollments and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to business growth by following up on leads and identifying new customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Represent our client brands with professionalism and energy in every interaction.
  • Work collaboratively with your Rogers Sales Associate team to meet individual and group performance targets.
  • Share insights from the field to support continuous improvement and campaign effectiveness.

Rogers Sales Associate Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A personable, professional, and customer-focused mindset.
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced settings.
  • Adaptability and resilience to take on challenges and learn quickly.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles is helpful, but not required—we offer full training and coaching to set you up for success.
