Job Description

You'll oversee day-to-day supply-chain operations - from planning and procurement through to warehousing and logistics - ensuring materials, people, and processes stay in sync.

You'll lead an engaged team, champion continuous improvement, and partner closely with the Director, Supply Chain, on key initiatives that will strengthen and modernize how we operate.

This role is perfect for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, connecting the dots, and delivering results that make an impact every day.

The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.

RESPONSIBILITES

What You'll Be Doing
:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team across Planning & Scheduling, Procurement Operations, and Logistics & Materials
  • Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics to ensure accuracy, flow, and efficiency
  • Oversee daily procurement execution in alignment with production needs
  • Maintain strong Kanban and MRP processes to ensure material availability and minimize shortages
  • Drive process improvements that boost visibility, efficiency, and cost control
  • Track and own KPIs for delivery, cost, inventory health, supplier performance, and freight optimization
  • Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance and Fleet for end-to-end alignment
  • Support digital transformation initiatives including ERP/MRP enhancements, dashboards, and automation

QUALIFICATIONS

What You'll Need For Success:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive supply-chain or operations leadership in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Lean / continuous improvement principles
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and balance tactical execution with strategic priorities
