We are looking for an Allocator to join our Supply Chain team

About the Role

As an Allocator, you ensure the right products reach the right stores at the right time, balancing inventory, sales trends, and store capacity. You'll analyze the inventory and coordinate closely with different teams to maximize sales, optimize inventory, and support efficient operations.

Coordination & Execution

  • Execute allocation plans for new product launches, seasonal assortments, and replenishment.
  • Monitor daily and weekly store sales performance to ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate store-to-store transfers and warehouse rebalancing (Ontario & Vancouver).
  • Collaborate with planners, buyers, logistics, and retail operations to align allocation priorities.
  • Support product launches by ensuring allocations align with planned timelines.
  • Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely delivery to stores and warehouses.
  • Participate in allocation-related system updates, testing, and process improvements.

Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze sales and stock reports and inform allocation decisions.
  • Track product performance by store, region, and category.
  • Identify overstock/understock situations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide insights to internal teams to support future buys and assortment planning.
  • Support markdown and clearance strategies by reallocating slow-moving stock.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years in retail allocation, inventory planning, or merchandising.
  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Experience in retail or FMCG categories, handling large SKU volumes preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and data tools.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
