HVAC Service Technician / Installer (Residential + Light Commercial)

Sunvale Heating and Cooling – Vancouver Island (Sooke to Sidney to Duncan)

Full-time | Competitive wage + bonuses | Company vehicle

At Sunvale Heating and Cooling, we're a small team of HVAC professionals who take pride in doing clean work and treating customers right. We're looking for a technician who understands the importance of first impressions, presentation, and perception. If you're the kind of person who pays attention to the little details and takes pride in how your work looks, you'll fit in well here. Honesty and integrity, clean installs, clean service work, and a clean van are critical to this role.

We value work-life balance, we're flexible with requested time off, and we're looking for someone who wants to join the team long-term — not just punch a clock.

If you're the kind of tech who can walk into a problem, figure it out, talk to the homeowner professionally, get it fixed, and collect payment — we want to meet you.
