Job Description: GenAI / AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled
GenAI / AI Engineer
to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge generative AI solutions that address real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, fine-tune, and optimize
    large language models (LLMs)
    , multimodal models, and end-to-end generative AI pipelines for diverse business use cases.
  • Build and maintain
    scalable AI/ML systems
    , including data pipelines, model training workflows, and high-performance inference services.
  • Evaluate, benchmark, and integrate
    open-source and commercial LLMs
    such as GPT, Llama, Claude, and Mistral.
  • Implement
    Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    architectures using vector databases, embeddings, and advanced prompt-engineering techniques.
  • Develop and manage
    agentic workflows
    using frameworks like
    LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex
    , or similar tools.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
  • Conduct experimentation, benchmarking, and
    A/B testing
    to assess and improve model performance.
  • Deploy and scale AI models and agents on
    Microsoft Azure
    , following best practices for production-grade AI systems.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously enhance AI applications in production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong programming expertise in
    Python
    , with hands-on experience using modern ML and deep learning frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of
    LLMs, transformers, and generative AI architectures
    .
  • Proven experience in
    prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation
    .
  • Experience with
    agentic AI systems
    and orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
  • Familiarity with
    MLOps tools and practices
    , including MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience deploying and managing AI solutions using
    Azure AI Foundry
    and related Azure services.
  • Knowledge of
    multimodal AI systems
    , combining vision and language models.

  • Hands-on experience building
    AI-driven solutions for real business problems
