The Role

You'll run the back-of-house like a pro—from early dough prep to end-of-day clean down. You'll lead a fast-moving team, keep quality sharp, and ensure every dish meets our high standards. Hands-on, detail-obsessed, and people-smart—you set the tone in the kitchen.

What You'll Do

Kitchen Ops & Quality

  • Run daily BOH operations with precision and speed
  • Oversee prep, station setup, and food presentation
  • Ensure recipes and plating are executed to spec
  • Keep food fresh, labeled, rotated, and on time

Leadership & Team Building

  • Supervise and support line/prep cooks and bakers
  • Train, onboard, and coach team members
  • Foster a clean, safe, efficient kitchen culture

Food Safety & Cleanliness

  • Lead sanitation and food safety practices
  • Ensure compliance with health codes and internal standards

Collaboration & Inventory

  • Sync with Restaurant Manager on flow and restocks
  • Manage inventory, prep logs, waste tracking, and ordering
