Toyota Boshoku Canada (TBCA) is a world-class automotive supplier located in Elmira, Ontario. TBCA manufactures the seats and doors for the Lexus RX350. Our strength lies in our team members; we are always searching for the best individuals to join our team.

Shifts: 2 weeks on a rotational basis

Day Shift: 6:45 am Start Time

Afternoon Shift: 5:45 pm Start Time

***Shifts are between 8 to 10 hours long. The amount of overtime and the shift end times vary due to business demands.

You must have reliable transportation as the bus does not run at the end of afternoon shifts

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Ideally, has 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience; however, we do consider experience in other fast-paced industries (ex, fast food)
  • Can work rotating day and afternoon shifts (2-week rotation)
  • Is available and willing to work mandatory overtime (Shifts are 8 to 10 hours long)
  • Can use their hands and wrists repetitively and stand for long periods
  • Is able to lift up to 30 lbs repetitively
  • Has a great attendance record and arrives on time for work
  • Has good hand/eye coordination skills
  • Is a positive team player who works well with others
  • Has a high school diploma - preferred but not required

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the assembly and production process
  • Follow work instructions to ensure a high-quality standard
  • Learn multiple processes in manufacturing as part of a scheduled job rotation
  • Maintain a clean workstation and contribute to a safe work environment
  • Achieving goals and taking pride in a job well done
  • Other duties as assigned
