Duties

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner

- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly

- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner

- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed

- Operate the POS system to process payments and handle cash transactions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Basic math skills for accurately handling payments and making change

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

We are looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds. Weekend and evening availability is required.
