The Opportunity

We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations and rentals team. This is a hands-on role where you'll help receive, organize, pick, pack, and ship products, as well as process rental returns.

You may also assist with deliveries and pickups using the company van. This role reports directly to the Shipper/Receiver.

Experience with hand soldering or electronics is an asset—but not required.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Pick, pack, and ship outgoing sales and rental orders, ensuring all packaging meets Moss LED quality standards
  • Receive incoming products and rental returns; report any discrepancies
  • Assist with inventory management, including incoming products and returns
  • Update inventory databases as products move in and out of the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and tool area
  • Coordinate with operations staff to ensure orders are shipped on time
  • Follow and help improve warehouse processes, procedures, and record keeping
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, etc.)
  • Make deliveries and pickups using the company van as required
  • Follow all health & safety policies and report accidents or incidents
  • Take on other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience an asset)
  • Working knowledge of warehouse or inventory management systems
  • Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with data entry and Microsoft Office
  • A reliable, self-motivated team player
