Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in the food industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food handling, service, and safety within a dynamic team setting.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a courteous manner
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality presentation
  • Handle food safely, following all health regulations and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Support team members during busy periods by performing various tasks such as clearing tables or assisting with food prep

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience is required
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
  • Experience in barista roles is a must
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
  • Prior hospitality or food service experience is mandatory; willingness to learn is essential

Availability needed 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.76 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
