Responsibilities

  • Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to install electrical systems accurately.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues by diagnosing problems using appropriate testing equipment.
  • Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to integrate electrical systems into new builds or renovations.
  • Perform low voltage installations as required for various applications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Electrician with a focus on industrial environments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage applications.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
