The opportunity 

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to work in our Unity Ads Product team within the Grow division. In this role, you will be responsible for the core components that drive our network's ads business. This role will be tasked with providing expertise on existing and planned initiatives that will grow the ads business. These include analyzing and recommending future roadmap investments, digging into performance issues with Creatives, the Exchange, and our SDKs, and establishing best practices for working with external bidding platforms.

What you'll be doing

  • Set Strategic Product Vision and Roadmap: Collaborate with product leadership to craft and articulate the long-term vision and strategy, driving alignment across teams and stakeholders. Own and shape the product roadmap, ensuring it delivers business impact and customer value.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Staff and Senior Product Managers, Engineering, and Data Science teams to define and prioritize key initiatives. Leverage expertise to guide teams through complex decisions and drive execution at scale.

  • Opportunity Analysis and Strategic Recommendations: Lead evaluations of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Size future opportunities, perform in-depth analysis, and provide recommendations that influence both strategic investments and roadmap prioritization.

  • Data Platform Development and Optimization: Collaborate with the Data Platform team to identify opportunities for improving our models, reporting, and workflows. Ensure data infrastructure and insights are accurate, comprehensive, and drive meaningful outcomes.

  • Executive Partnering and Opportunity Identification: Work closely with product and executive leadership to identify high-impact opportunities for growth. Build alignment and gain buy-in for your vision, advocating for investments in key product initiatives.

  • Market Monitoring and Risk Management: Continuously assess the health and performance of the ad network, tracking market trends and adapting to shifts. Identify risks, opportunities, and proactive strategies to navigate changes effectively.

What we're looking for 

  • Previous experience working as a product manager with highly technical B2B products or services

  • Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Strong analytical and technical knowledge

  • Passion for solving complex technical issues with an understanding of how great products work behind the scenes

  • Self motivated and results focused

  • Understanding complex systems and working with very technical colleagues
