About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, phone-confident real estate agent to join a fast-growing team focused on pre-construction and resale condos in downtown and midtown Toronto.

This role is ideal for an agent who:

  • Thrives on high-volume outbound calls
  • Is comfortable speaking with warm inbound leads (not cold calling)
  • Is hungry, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Wants access to consistent lead flow while still building their own book of business

You'll be working with prospects who have already raised their hand through our pre-construction marketing campaigns and are actively waiting to be contacted. Your job is to convert interest into appointments, relationships, and deals.

In addition to joining a specialized, marketing-driven real estate team, you will also be affiliated with Chestnut Park Real Estate, one of the most prestigious brokerages in the city and widely recognized as the leader in luxury.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads generated from pre-construction campaigns
  • Qualify buyers and investors, uncover needs, and book appointments
  • Educate clients on pre-construction opportunities, pricing, incentives, and timelines
  • Advise clients on resale condo options when appropriate
  • Build long-term relationships that convert into repeat and referral business
  • Manage your own pipeline, follow-ups, and client communication
  • Work remotely when calling and prospecting, with flexibility and autonomy
  • Grow and service your own personal leads alongside team-provided opportunities
  • Stay informed on downtown and midtown Toronto condo buildings, developments, and market trends

Who We're Looking For

  • 1–2+ years of real estate experience (Toronto market preferred)
  • Strong familiarity with downtown and midtown Toronto condos and neighbourhoods
  • Confident, articulate, and comfortable on the phone
  • High energy, competitive, and internally motivated
  • Able to handle volume without needing hand-holding
  • Organized, professional, and accountable
  • Licensed Realtor in good standing
