Reporting to the Planning Manager, Flexxaire is currently recruiting a Logistics Coordinator to join the capable and growing Operations team.

Minimum requirements:

· Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.

· 3-5 years of experience in international logistics operations, including US customs clearance and HS code identification.

· 3-5 years of experience with logistics management software, systems and tools.

The following experience is considered an asset:

· A degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management or Business Administration is considered an asset.

· Advanced knowledge of logistics related best practices.

Role Responsibilities:

· Shipment Coordination: Arrange and manage all aspects of outbound shipments, including coordinating with transportation providers.

· Documentation and Compliance: Ensure the accuracy of shipping documents, prepare bills and invoices, and comply with all trade and safety regulations.

· Problem Solve: Identify and resolve shipping errors and other logistical problems to prevent delays and clear customs.

· Communicate: Act as a liaison between different teams and customers, responding to inquiries and coordinating with stakeholders.

· Logistics Analysis: Analyze and optimize logistical procedures, data, and workflows to improve efficiency. Investigate best shipment methods, rates and documentation requirements for various countries.

· Inter-Departmental Coverage: Cross-training in various tasks, ex. data entry, job open/close, etc.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Strive to meet quotas without compromising quality.

· Perform other duties as assigned.
