Join QE Home's passionate retail team and become part of a Canadian company known for comfort, quality, and care. As a Stock Person, you'll play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring our shelves are stocked, our displays are full, and our store is organized and ready for customers. Your attention to detail, physical stamina, and strong work ethic will help keep store operations running smoothly every day.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Receiving, unpacking, and organizing shipments of merchandise.

  • Restocking shelves and sales floor to maintain full and attractive displays.

  • Ensuring inventory is stored safely and efficiently in the stockroom.

  • Helping with product transfers, markdowns, and inventory counts.

  • Supporting merchandising standards and assisting with floor moves.

  • Assisting with light cleaning duties as needed.

  • Follow company procedures for health, safety, and loss prevention.

The Physical Side of the Role

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

  • Comfortable climbing ladders for merchandising and stock.

  • Previous stock, warehouse, or retail experience is an asset.

  • Strong attention to detail and organization.

  • Reliability and punctuality.

  • Ability to work independently and follow direction.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
