Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard management tools. This role offers an opportunity to lead diverse teams, ensure project quality, and maintain adherence to safety and budget standards in a dynamic construction environment.

Duties

  • Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to specifications
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for scheduling, documentation, and communication
  • Monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
  • Manage project budgets by tracking costs and assisting with construction estimating
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for ongoing projects
  • Lead safety meetings and enforce safety protocols across job sites
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction projects
  • Strong proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools
  • Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
  • Knowledge of quality control practices and safety regulations within the construction industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively and coordinate multiple teams simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.58-$39.58 per hour
