Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable software applications using languages such as Java, C#, Python, C++, Ruby on Rails, and VBA.
  • Develop and maintain web applications utilizing front-end technologies like JavaScript and frameworks for responsive UI/UX design.
  • Build and optimize databases using SQL, MySQL, and other data management tools; ensure data integrity and security.
  • Create and consume RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration between systems.
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate within Agile teams to plan sprints, review code via GitHub or SVN repositories, and continuously improve development processes.
  • Write clean, efficient code following best practices for software development and application lifecycle management.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure robust software solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into ongoing projects to improve functionality and efficiency.

Skills

  • Strong experience in web development, application development, and software engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages including Java, C#, Python, C++, Ruby on Rails, VBA, .NET frameworks, Linux environments, and C.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end development using JavaScript frameworks.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL; familiarity with database design and optimization.
  • Experience working with cloud services like AWS and Azure for deployment and scaling applications.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, API integration techniques, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with version control systems such as GitHub, Git, SVN for source code management.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies for project management and team collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
