Part-Time Bar Back​

Location: Marble Mountain Resort, Steady Brook, NL​

Hours: Minimum 20 hours/week (Evenings & Weekends Required)​

Marble Mountain Resort is looking for an energetic, reliable, and hard-working individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Part-Time Bar Back. This behind-the-scenes role is essential to keeping our bar running smoothly during busy nights and weekend events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support bartenders by restocking beer, liquor, glassware, ice, and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and in storage areas
• Collect and clean used glassware and return it to service quickly
• Assist with bar setup and closing duties
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent service and support to the front-of-house team

Qualifications:

• Must be 19 years of age or older (due to alcohol service regulations)
• Previous bar or restaurant experience is an asset, but not required – training provided
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Evening and weekend availability is required

Pay: $16.00 per hour
