How You'll Make a Difference
Personal injury claims can be complex and confusing and rely heavily on having clear evidence and documentation of the effect the injury or accident has had on a person's life. The Records and Information Analyst will be the extra pair of hands that everyone in our office needs, working closely with Legal Assistants and Client Care Specialists to request and retrieve client documents and information. They provide reliable administrative support and work collaboratively together to ensure all requests are completed as efficiently as possible.
A day in the life of a Records and Information Analyst includes:- Assist Legal Assistants and Client Care Specialists in document collection to expedite client claims and support the settlement process
- Correspond with external providers to retrieve records and documents related to client files (i.e.: Doctor's offices to retrieve medical treatment notes, employers to retrieve employment history and loss of income documents, etc.)
- Build relationships with regular record providers and utilize your skills in persuasion and influence to ensure our requests are getting top priority
- Follow up on outstanding requests and provide updates to keep our team in the loop
- Ensure team members have all relevant information for their files as quickly as possible by processing received documents in an efficient manner
- Be willing to persevere and stand your ground to get the information we need for our clients
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide additional assistance on files as necessary

- Can work independently to support a busy team, and are committed to bringing focused, productive energy to work every day
- Love to be busy and want to be part of a fast-paced, high-volume team
- Are a creative problem-solver
- Have exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Know how to prioritize and independently manage your time and tasks effectively
- Are positive, upbeat, helpful, and passionate about office culture
- 1 year of experience in customer service, clinical administration, or records management
