RAPS is Seeking a full time caregiver to assist an individual who has Dementia (E8)

Location Sherwood Park

Days: : Flexible 36+ hours a week

Hours: Daytime and evening shifts

Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to: Personal care (Changing of adult briefs, bathing, dressing and toileting), mobility assistance, range of motion, light meal preparation, medication administration, light housekeeping and laundry, light pet care, redirection and supervision.

Note: There is a small Dog in the home

Qualifications: the successful candidate must have an updated criminal record check containing the Vulnerable sector check portion, a class 5 driver's license and vehicle, and have the Health care aide certificate. Must speak clear fluent English and be okay with cigarette smoke. Having experience with Dementia considered an asset.

Client is a smoker and smokes in the home.

Rate of Pay: $17.00/ hour
