Our client is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and motivated
Occupational Therapists
to join their growing Allied Health team. This is an excellent opportunity for OTs who are passionate about community-based care and want the flexibility to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives.

You'll work with a diverse population, primarily seniors, delivering high-quality, client-centered care through in-home and virtual interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive
    in-home assessments
    evaluating physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functioning
  • Develop
    individualized care plans
    in collaboration with clients and families
  • Provide recommendations on
    visit frequency, duration, and intervention intensity
  • Support clients in overcoming barriers to independence in daily activities
  • Assess, recommend, and train clients on
    adaptive equipment, mobility aids, and safety modifications
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize outcomes
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely
    clinical documentation
  • Participate in ongoing professional development
  • Demonstrate compassionate, respectful, and professional behaviour in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Completion of a recognized
    Occupational Therapy program
  • Registered and in good standing with the
    College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
  • Community experience preferred
    , but not required
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Valid
    Ontario driver's license
    and access to a reliable vehicle
