Our CSA (Civil/Strucutral/Architectural) Department is looking Designers to join the team Positions are available for both Structural & Civil Designers.

CSA Designer Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of layouts (modeling) and detailed drawings in one or more of the following categories: Civil, Concrete, Structural Steel and Architectural.
  • Assignments include modeling and drafting of foundations and structures, design and drawing checking, quantity estimating and material control.
  • Fluor's task force project execution concept provides designers with a full range of assignments comprising preliminary feasibility studies through to the completion of detailed engineering drawings.

Career Paths:

  • Develop into a Lead Civil / Structural Designer responsible for completing design on projects.
  • Develop into a Lead Technical Civil / Structural Designer responsible for design oversight on projects.
  • Develop into a technical Subject Matter Expert to support multiple projects and Fluor offices globally.
  • Develop into Project Managers.
Basic Job Requirements
  • Graduating with a Diploma from Civil Engineering Technology, Engineering Design and Drafting Technology, Architectural Technologies or equivalent in 2025/2026.
  • Qualified candidates must possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet and electronic presentation programs.

Salary is based upon experience. Salary Range: $47, $87,500.00

The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate's qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
