About the Job
The Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Parts department is accepting applications to join our dynamic team of Parts Department Professionals in the position of Back / Tech Counter Parts Associate in our fast-paced environment. Hiring to Start in early December training beside a long time employee whom is retiring at the end of the year.
Daily duties include:
- Assisting Technicians / Service Department with parts needs.
- Maintain stock and inventory levels.
- Shipping and Receiving assistance, receiving & filling stock.
- Ordering parts.
- Keeping up to date on software, reports, elearning, etc.
- As well as maintaining a clean, safe workplace.
- Support Wholesale / Front counter when necessary.
- Answering telephone calls and emails from Service and Sales Department.
- Answering telephone calls and emails from Mechanical and Body Shop customers.
- Assisting retail customers.
Requirements:
- Parts counter experience preferred.
- Automotive knowledge essential.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory monitoring practices.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Computer proficient.
The company is looking for staff proficient in time management, organization, and maintaining positive relationships with a high degree of communication.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm and every 3rd Sat from 8 am - 12 pm. Must be flexible when necessary.
