Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of performance within our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving organizational goals. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing tasks and personnel.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • ensure compliance with licensing and AHS regulations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement as needed.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations, provide updates, and address any concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with management to develop operational plans and improve processes.
  • Handle conflict resolution and provide feedback to team members on performance issues.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the childcare industry.
  • Level 3 certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.30 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
