The Strategic Execution Reporting Consultant is accountable for the coordination and optimization of enterprise-wide portfolio reporting, including the ongoing management of an enterprise-wide multi-year roadmap of strategic initiatives for the Co-operators. The role is responsible for project reporting and data analysis with business partners from an enterprise lens and provides insights on programs and projects for portfolio reporting and management to increase delivery confidence and mitigate execution risk.
How you will create impact:
Support the development and management of the enterprise Strategic Execution Plan, and integrated roadmaps for the Co-operators. This includes the development, coordination, and ongoing tracking and management of the portfolio progress against established targets, in a multi-year view, and quarterly reporting for Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) governance forums.
Assist in the development, management, and continuous improvement of reporting and visualization tools, and identify opportunities to strengthen governance and controls for reporting systems and processes. Gain buy-in for recommendations and facilitate their implementation.
Through an enterprise lens, support analysis on portfolio health, financials, resourcing, delivery against critical milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts. Partner with our Strategic Execution Expert, portfolio consultants, and project managers to understand and validate project data, and ensure we maintain accurate records in our reporting.
- You have an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies and ability to influence change, with a primary focus on client needs.
- You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions, leveraging your deep expert skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and BI tools.
- You have strong communication skills to clearly convey messages and explore diverse points of view.
- You build trusting relationships with business partners and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues.
- You are a problem solver and have 5 years of experience engaging and building relationships with key partners across organizations and experience creating reports for Executives to drive decisions.
- You value working in a team that supports your personal and professional career growth ambitions.
- You have experience in strategy and transformation; knowledge and experience in business process management, project management and change management.
- Preference for those with Performance Management reporting experience.
- You will travel occasionally.
- Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.

Expected salary/hourly range $72,847 - $121,411
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
