About the Role

Royal Premier Homes is seeking a
Senior Real Estate Analyst
to join our growing team. This role is designed for an experienced professional who is eager to apply both analytical rigor and innovative thinking to land acquisition, planning, development, and operations within the multi-family rental sector.

The Senior Real Estate Analyst will work closely with leadership across development, construction, finance, and operations, providing critical insights that shape strategy and execution. From underwriting opportunities to preparing financial models, reviewing planning policies, or evaluating operational performance, this role requires both breadth and depth of expertise in real estate development.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to contribute across the entire development lifecycle — from concept to stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Land & Planning
: Conduct site evaluations, due diligence, and policy review to support acquisitions and rezoning opportunities.
  • Development Analysis
: Build and maintain detailed pro formas, sensitivity analyses, and cash flow models for multi-family rental projects.
  • Financial Reporting
: Prepare investment memorandums, feasibility studies, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Market Research
: Monitor rental housing supply/demand, demographic shifts, and competitive developments to inform strategy.
  • Operations Support
: Analyze leasing performance, operating expenses, and capital improvements to optimize returns.
  • Collaboration
: Work closely with the planning, construction, and operations teams to ensure projects align with financial and development goals.
  • Innovation & Strategy
: Identify new opportunities, tools, and processes that improve efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Leadership
: Mentor junior analysts, oversee data accuracy, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 5–8+
    years of experience in
    multi-family
real estate analysis, development, or finance with a strong background in multi-family rental housing.
  • Proven ability to create and manage complex financial models (Excel proficiency required; experience with ARGUS, Procore, or similar tools is an asset).
  • Strong understanding of land planning, zoning, and municipal approval processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership and investors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of working on innovative, large-scale, or complex real estate projects.
