Our client is looking for an Intermediate and Senior
Procurement Analyst
to play a key role in in developing sourcing strategies, managing vendor relationships, and driving procurement efficiencies within
technology related agreements

Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to identify, understand, and capture sourcing and contracting needs across multiple categories of supply.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle for key services, including staff augmentation, professional services, software, data, and managed services.
  • Serve as a commercial subject matter expert (SME) by leading or supporting contracting activities and negotiations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain processes, procedures, and tools to optimize vendor and contract management operations.
  • Proactively identify risks and propose sourcing and contracting strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Track and report on cost savings, cost avoidance, and other measurable benefits from procurement and contract management activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in contract lifecycle management, strategic sourcing, and category management, including at least 2-4 years managing technology-related agreements.
  • Strong understanding of the Source-to-Pay process and various sourcing strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a client-first approach.
  • Proven experience managing complex contracts for software subscriptions and professional services.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint); experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing or similar tools is an asset.

Pay: $60-95 per/hour – 6 month contract

BC candidates preferred but remote workers will be considered. Work hours will be PST
