Currently, we are seeking a service tech - Journeyperson with a positive mindset that want to be apart of a team. Our Journeyperson will carry out all duties required for the successful operation of Bold Electric Inc.'s service electrical jobs they are responsible for. This includes installation, inspection, problem-solving, maintenance, safety protocol and repair of needed equipment and other electric-related things. The Journeyperson needs to be able to work on their own and be knowledgeable when it comes to repairing and installing needed material and equipment.

Key Job Duties and Accountabilities (include but are not limited to):

· Coordinate with the Supervisor material packages for the service job site

· Can read and understand electrical plans

· Review all relevant drawings for the job scope

· Completes all safety checks of worksite daily required by legislation and or company policies

· Ensure that Bold Electric Inc.'s level of quality is achieved and maintained

· Ensures the returning of equipment rentals

· Liaison between office and client site

· Customer relations for their job

· Ensures they are operating at optimum capacity to secure their job's success

· Accountable for company vehicle to be clean, tidy and well stocked

· Investigates and resolves any client complaints specific to their job site, if the problem continues, pass it to the manager

· Ensures that all work follows electrical codes, standards, and Safety Policies

· Suggests ways to increase revenues and efficiency

· Maintain open and positive communication (both in verbal and written form) with leadership, Bold Electric Inc.'s departments, clients, and vendors

· Ensure compliance with company policies

· Maintain high-quality service delivery in an efficient, productive, and profitable manner

· Oversees inventory and vehicle management for the job site

Education

· A high school diploma or equivalent is required, skilled in basic math and sciences

· Journeyman Electrician Certification is required

· Master Electrician Certification is an asset

Schedule:

· 10 hour shift, 4 days/week (4/10s)

· 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday (4/10s)

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:

· Residential Electrician: 2 years (required)

· Residential renovation project experience

License/Certification:

· Drivers License & driving abstract (required)

· Journeyman Certificate

· Fall Arrest

· Lift Training

· First Aid Intermediate (Level 2)

· CSTS2020
