We're currently seeking a couple motivated and experienced Helper 2's to join our dynamic shop in Langley, BC.

Your Role: Helper 2

As a key contributor to our production process, you'll help ensure we deliver high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret work orders and handle raw/finished materials
  • Operate bending equipment post-setup
  • Perform grooving, torch/saw cutting, washing, sand filling, and more
  • Inspect and measure products, label and package as needed
  • Maintain machine workstations and shop cleanliness
  • Support shipping/receiving and uphold safety and quality standards

What You Bring:

  • Minimum Grade 10 education or equivalent
  • Experience with shop procedures and material handling
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and teamwork
