Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:
Monday–Saturday (5 days/week, including Saturdays)

Salary:
$90,000 – $110,000 per year (including bonuses)

About the Role

As our Regional Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of multiple Snore MD clinics across Vancouver Island. You'll lead, mentor, and inspire clinical teams while ensuring an exceptional patient experience at every location.

● $7,300 in years 4–7

What You'll Be Doing

● Leading and empowering multiple clinical teams across Vancouver Island

● Ensuring top-tier patient care, experience, and satisfaction

● Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members

● Managing clinic operations, staffing, KPIs, and quality standards

● Building strong relationships with teams, community partners, and patients

● Maintaining operational excellence, consistency, and performance

● Championing a high-energy, supportive, positive culture

● Traveling regularly between clinics

About You

You're a confident, energetic, and experienced people-focused clinical leader who loves building strong teams, driving results, and creating great patient experiences.

Must-Haves

● RRT or RPSGT certification — non-negotiable

● Leadership experience in a multi-location or regional healthcare environment

● Strong leadership presence with the ability to uplift and inspire

● A positive, "let's do this" energy every single day

● Proven success in sleep clinics or clinical operations

● Exceptional organization, follow-through, and attention to detail

● Deep passion for patient care and team development
