Location: Specsavers – Marlborough Mall (Part-time, evenings/weekends availability, with a potential for full-time based on performance)

What you'll do

  • Greet customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience
  • Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that suit their lifestyle, prescription, and budget
  • Explain lens options, coatings, and promotions clearly and confidently
  • Process sales, payments, and insurance claims accurately
  • Book eye exams and manage appointment scheduling
  • Receive training on our VDT measuring system to help ensure each customer's glasses are measured and fitted accurately
  • Support day-to-day store operations, including merchandising and inventory
  • Work closely with optometrists and the wider team to ensure smooth patient journeys

What we're looking for

  • Customer service or retail experience (optical experience is an asset, but not required)
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
  • Comfort working in a sales environment with targets and KPIs
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and professional
  • Willingness to learn optical products, systems, and processes
