Southeast Saskatchewan Youth for Christ is seeking an Executive Director for our growing chapter. The Executive Director will lead our organization, its staff, ministries and support the community forward on our mission to empower youth to choose a positive and meaningful life. This will be done by establishing lasting relationships with them while modelling Christ-like Love.

Applications should include the following: 1. Church involvement: The name of your church. Do you regularly attend this  congregation? Tell us about your involvement there. 
2. Personal references: Please provide three references (name, relationship, contact)  from people who have known you longer than two years. Please include a pastor or spiritual mentor and a former employer. 
3. Leadership journey: Please write a paragraph (about 100 words) for each of the following leadership topics. For each topic, your response should outline your understanding and approach, your strengths and weaknesses.
  • Leadership 
  • Public relations 
  • Fundraising Conflict management Personal and family life, management and balance Spiritual vitality and disciplines Personal accountability Personal growth and development Philosophy on effective ministry to youth in Weyburn Sask. The relationship between the church and a parachurch organization 

4. Youth For Christ's Statement of Faith; Please read the following carefully:
  • We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
  • We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible authoritative Word of God.
  • We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
  • We believe that the salvation of lost and sinful people is by the grace of God through faith alone, and the shed blood of the Lord Jesus and that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. e) We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. f) We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in Christ.
