We're Hiring: Local Marketing & Guest Relations Coordinator – Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House

Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Hours | Multiple Locations (GTA)

Are you outgoing, energetic, and passionate about great food and great people? We're looking for a Local Marketing & Guest Relations Coordinator to help spread the word about Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House and elevate our in-store guest interactions

What You'll Be Doing

1. Local Business Outreach:

  • Visit neighboring businesses around our store locations and personally invite them to try Stacked
  • Distribute promo cards, offer exclusive local promotions, and build relationships with nearby offices, retail teams, and service providers
  • Be the face of our brand in the community: warm, friendly, and genuine

2. In-Store Guest Experience:

  • Regular visits to assigned Stacked locations
  • Table touch and check-ins with guests: gather authentic feedback, solve concerns on the spot, and create moments that matter
  • Share insights from the floor with leadership to help improve service and experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Outgoing and approachable personality: you love talking to people
  • Comfortable walking into businesses and striking up conversations
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
  • Bonus: Previous hospitality, brand ambassador, or guest relations experience
  • Access to transportation is required

Locations:

We're hiring for multiple Stacked stores including: Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton, Mississauga, Stoney Creek & surrounding areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
