We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer to join our team. Duties

  • Perform roofing installations and repairs using various materials such as shingles, metal, and tiles.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete roofing tasks.
  • Assist in the construction of structures by performing carpentry work as needed.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Apply caulking and sealants to prevent water leaks and enhance roof durability.
  • Participate in heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required for roofing projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety on the job site.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to quality standards.

Experience

  • Previous experience in roofing or general construction is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is essential.
  • Experience in carpentry or maintenance person services is a plus.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
