Role Description

The Vice President of Estimating is a full-time, on-site role located in Orangeville, ON. This role involves overseeing and leading the three branches (flooring, cabinet, doors)of our estimating team and preparing construction project quotes. The role includes coordinating with project management teams, reviewing project specifications, and ensuring that bids align with company goals and customer expectations. The Vice President of Estimating will play a key role in driving efficiency and accuracy in the pre-construction phase.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Construction Estimating, Cost Management, and Budgeting
  • Strong skills in Project Management and Construction Management
  • Proven leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in cabinetry, flooring, doors or multi-family construction projects is an asset
