Therapy Assistant – Community
Location: North East of North York
We are looking for a self-motivated
Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA)
to join our team. Our
PTA
will be working under a registered Physiotherapist to provide health teaching, and exercise programs. A successful PTA would be able to administer care plans for Physiotherapists.

If you are a new Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant program graduate, our team provides comprehensive exposure to learning and development opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing

  • You will be working with our physiotherapy and occupational therapy team under the supervision of a Registered Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist.
  • Provide health teaching and perform exercise programs with clients.

Skills Needed For Success

  • Graduates from a recognized physiotherapy program or kinesiology is an asset.
  • A proven track record of being able to work independently, as well as comfortable working in a team.
  • Building relationships with clients and their families/ caregivers
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and Canadian Driver's license is a must
  • Eligible to work in Canada is required.
