We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Remote Caseworker to join our dynamic team As a Caseworker, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, leveraging your bilingual proficiency in Persian and a second language, with a strong preference for French. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with case management, including documentation, communication, and follow-ups.
  • Provide clear and accurate information in Persian and a second language (French preferred) to ensure client understanding.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Perfect fluency in Persian and a second language (French strongly preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Previous experience in case management, customer service, or a related field is an asset.
