Who you are

  • You enjoy teamwork and helping customers.

  • You're organized, proactive, and adaptable.

  • You're open to learning new skills, including using material handling equipment.
  • Experience in warehouse, retail, or customer service is a plus (but not required).
  • You're comfortable with physically demanding, fast-paced work that involves lifting and moving items.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep carts and strollers flowing for a great shopping experience.

  • Assist customers with loading merchandise into vehicles.

  • Maintain clear loading zones and outdoor areas.
  • Support returns and merchandise pick-up.
  • Report equipment issues promptly.
  • Work closely with warehouse and furniture pick-up teams.
  • Learn about products and customer service to improve interactions.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, positive work environment.

Additional details:

  • About 75% of your time will be outdoors.
  • Winter gear (jackets, caps, pants) provided.
