Term: 4 months
Start Date: January 5, 2025

Overview:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Co-op/Intern to join our team and help execute impactful Go-to-Market strategies. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in go-to-market strategy and execution, launching new features, and supporting cross-functional teams. You'll work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams, providing key support in bringing new features and solutions to market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Support Product Launches: Assist the GTM PMM team in executing launch plans for new features, products, or updates, including coordinating internal communications and preparing launch assets.
- Cross-Functional Communication & Enablement: Support the PMM team by organizing, maintaining, and disseminating key internal and external materials (like Product Roadmaps, sales decks, and internal FAQs) to ensure all cross-functional partners (Sales, Support, Leadership) have the most up-to-date and effective tools for product conversations.
- Content Consistency & Updates: Collaborate with the broader Marketing and Content teams to keep key marketing and communication materials—such as website pages, and public-facing documents—updated and consistent with the latest product messaging and value proposition.
- Performance Tracking: Help track and analyze the performance of GTM campaigns and product marketing materials, assisting in reporting key metrics.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
- A proactive and curious mindset with a desire to learn about technology, product strategy, and marketing execution.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with marketing principles or previous experience (academic or professional) in a marketing-related role is a plus.
- Solution seeker. You're focused on tackling new challenges, solving problems, and moving the business forward—and you don't wait to be asked.
- Lifelong learner. You have a growth mindset – you're here to learn, experiment, seek, apply, and provide feedback, share what works with your team, and move on from what doesn't.
- Resilient adapter. In the face of change and challenges, you bring a thoughtful, calm approach, and a focus on finding the new opportunity.
- Intentional collaborator. You build positive working relationships across the business, bringing people together to foster new opportunities and to facilitate the efficient flow of information.
- Critical challenger. You have the trust in your team to ask difficult questions in order to get to the best end result.
- Active communicator. You listen actively and communicate ideas and information clearly, inclusively, and proactively.
- Integrated thinker. You look beyond your role and responsibilities to understand how your team's work drives broader organizational goals.
- Accountable owner. You take pride in the work you're responsible for with a mindset of ultimate accountability and reliability for the outcomes.
- Bar-raiser. You step up to help your team grow and succeed, even when that means going beyond what might be expected.
In all we do, our six guiding principles light the way:
