Job Profile

We're looking for a Strategic Estimator / Project Manager — a proactive professional who can identify, evaluate, and pursue suitable projects, manage the bidding process, maintain client engagement, and execute awarded projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Opportunity Identification & Bid Strategy

  • Monitor public and private tender platforms to identify suitable projects.
  • Assess projects based on company expertise, capacity, budget potential, and strategic goals.
  • Provide recommendations on which projects to pursue.

Estimating & Documentation

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates (Class D–A) and quantity takeoffs.
  • Draft, review, and submit technical bid documents and compliance forms.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, track bid submissions, and ensure timely follow-up.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the bid and project process.
  • Attend site visits, client meetings, and presentations as required.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders.

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead awarded projects from planning through completion.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Handle change orders, risks, and unforeseen challenges proactively.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating and project management.
  • Proven experience with government/public procurement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions regarding project selection and bid pursuit.
  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits and meetings.
