We are a successful real estate team that is seeking an experienced and HUNGRY sales representative to join our growing team

We are looking for agents in Toronto area.

We currently have plenty of inbound business and want you to apply, if real estate is a passion of yours, and you want to significantly increase your GCI

All of our team members receive:

Qualifications:

- Must have an active real estate license, experience of minimum 2 (TWO) years in real estate.

- Additional sales experience is preferred

- Must have strong communication skills, be interpersonal, honest and hardworking

- Must be motivated and determined

- A team player, with a group and growth mindset.

Responsibilities:

- Hold open houses (in-person)

- Go on appointments with homeowners

- Manage leads within our CRM

- Complete daily task within the CRM

- Pre-appointment planning by running territory comps

- Build rapport with buyers/wholesalers/sellers

- Writing contracts

- Listing agreements

- Attend closings
