Do you have approximately 2-3 or more years of experience in civil, commercial litigation, and construction law?

Our client, a law firm with an excellent reputation in civil and commercial litigation, is seeking a lawyer with about 2-3 or more years of experience in civil and commercial litigation and construction law to advise and represent its clients before various judicial bodies.

The professional will take on the role of advisor and litigator within a dynamic and stimulating team of passionate litigators specializing in civil and commercial litigation as well as construction law.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Work on stimulating and diverse cases related to civil and commercial law as well as construction law;
  • Prepare legal proceedings;
  • Provide legal advice and opinions;
  • Represent clients before various specialized judicial bodies related to your assigned cases;
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
  • Solid experience of approximately 2-3 or more years in civil and commercial litigation and construction law;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
