Position Overview:

We are seeking a Floor Covering Installer to install various types of flooring materials including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and carpet. Experience is an asset, but not mandatory — we are willing to provide paid on-the-job training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with measuring, cutting, and installing floor coverings
  • Prepare job sites and ensure proper installation standards are met
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Provide excellent service to clients and uphold company reputation

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in flooring or construction is an asset but not required
