What You'll Be Doing

As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in both the kitchen and front of house. Every day will be a little different, but your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing fresh ingredients and ensuring food quality meets our standards.

  • Refilling and creating our signature sauces.

  • Using the fryer and other equipment to prepare menu items according to recipes.

  • Receiving and organizing stock to maintain smooth operations.

  • Keeping all areas — kitchen, front of house, bathrooms, and equipment — clean and welcoming.

  • Assisting guests at the counter, handling POS transactions, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

  • Supporting team members and helping with kitchen management tasks as needed.

Other requirements include:

  • Food service experience (preferred but not required — we'll train the right person).

  • A Food Handler Certificate (preferred).

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
