Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nail care and customer service, ensuring that each client receives exceptional treatment and leaves feeling pampered and satisfied. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Duties

  • Provide high-quality nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
  • Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized services.
  • Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and products.
  • Assist with body waxing services as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the salon.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Retail sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling beauty products or services.
  • Knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
