Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences? L'Abattoir is looking for a Private Dining Service Lead to oversee the seamless execution of events in our Private Dining Room.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our private dining program—coordinating service, leading a small team, and ensuring every detail is executed with care and precision. Whether you come with event management experience or are ready to take on more responsibility as a server, your knowledge, initiative, and professionalism will make you a key player in creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead all aspects of event service in the Private Dining Room and affiliated events
  • Collaborate with the events and culinary teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Take ownership of service standards, guest experience, and team coordination
  • Be the main point of contact during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Support the department's daily operations and contribute to its ongoing success
