PPB Analytical Inc. is a leading commercial testing laboratory dedicated to delivering accurate and reliable testing services to our clients in cannabis and environmental sectors. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Quality Assurance team as a Quality Assurance Associate.

Responsibilities:

Execute assigned tasks under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Manager.

Conduct and document quality assurance activities throughout the testing process.

Collaborate with testing teams to develop and implement effective quality control processes.

Identify, document, and track defects or deviations from quality standards.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality assurance documentation and procedures.

Support internal audit processes to ensure adherence to established quality guidelines.

Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for complex data analysis, manipulation, and reporting.

Experience with VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) scripting in Excel to automate tasks and enhance spreadsheet functionality.

Detail-oriented with a great attention for data accuracy and analysis.

Bachelor's degree in analytical chemistry

Previous experience in a quality assurance role, particularly within a laboratory setting, is considered an asset.
